1How do I get to Provela?
Provela is based in Mar de Cristal, at the Marina Mar De Cristal and can easily be found by road or by foot. Contact Address: Provela, Puerto Deportivo s/n, 30384, Mar de Cristal, Murcia By Car: Using the address above, your Sat Nav will bring you to the Mar De Cristal Marina. By Plane: Murcia International Airport is our nearest airport and is a short 35 minute’s drive from us and approximately €40 in a taxi. Alicante Airport is 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minute’s drive. You can either hire a car or grab a taxi; we recommend car hire as there is much to see and do in the area.
2Where can I stay?
Here are a few different accommodation options: El Secreto del Agua – This hotel offers a well equipped accommodation as well as a restaurant, cafe and bar. This is all situated just meters away from Provela. Hotel La Manga Club Principe Felipe – The 5* hotel is in the heart of La Manga club surrounded by the golf resorts and just around a 10 minute drive to Provela. AirB&B – There are many lovely places to stay here in Mar De Cristal all in walking distance to Provela.
3How is parking?
There is free on-site parking.
4What are the food and drink options?
Provela does not offer food and drink however we are lucky to be situated next to the Marina Cafe which serves a variety of Spanish and English dishes and drinks. A perfect location to sit back and enjoy the sunshine.
5What do I need to bring?
When you book a course with us you will receive an email confirming the specifics of what you need to bring. What you will need: • Suitable clothing for on and off the water • Wetsuit – Provela has a limited range available • Wetsuit boots • Hat and sunscreen (weather dependent) • Packed lunch or alternatively you can take advantage of the cafe on-site. What you will receive: • Any relevant certification required at the end of the course • Buoyancy Aid
6What facilities do you have on site?
Provela has a clubhouse and training room with access to the marinas changing rooms and toilets.

8What boat will I learn on?
We start you off on an F101 alternatively you can request another foiling boat.
9How many people will be on the course?
There is a maximum of three students to one instructor ratio. This will ensure you get enough boat time as well as learning from your colleagues and having a well-deserved rest between take offs. However if you wish for it to just be you then we have private options available.
10How long is the course?
The coaching is spread over three days and includes all the foiling fundamentals you will need to get through: how the boat works, rigging, pre-flight checks & safety, launching and landing, low ride turns and more importantly how to take off and foil.
11Will the instructor be on the boat with me?
Coaching is undertaken from a rib and close contact between instructor and sailor is achieved through use of a waterproof helmet communication system.
