Responsible for the management and safe running of the centre operation, to include staff management, revenue generation, delivery of Provela and RYA courses, Ensuring that customer service is delivered to the highest levels to complete the clients holiday experience. You will be responsible for Marketing, Social media and website development. Being the face of Provela you will need to build relationships on a professional level and be confident to present to an audience of subject matter experts.
Experience as a centre manager.
Knowledge of Marketing and social media channels.
Ability to drive sales initiatives.
Knowledge of WordPress.
Highly motivated individual.
Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
Ability to learn new systems.
Ability to motivate staff and drive through change management.
Excellent customer service skills.
Main role responsibilities included but not limited to:
Manage all centre activities.
Manage staff work time and load and communicate appropriately.
Ensure that financial targets as a minimum are being met
Respond in a pro-active manner to address any issues raised by customers.
Make changes as necessary so as to develop club operations in line with the company vision.
Ensure that courses are being maximised and that any spaces are advertised to fill the availability.
All staff are trained sufficiently to be able to deliver the product to both Provela and RYA standards.
Take an active role in pre-season standards and operating procedure training.
Complete weekly Reports.
Complete requisitions for spares.
Holiday incident reports.
RYA Senior Instructors or Senior Windsurf Instructor.
Safety Boat Qualification.
Valid First Aid certificate.
Valid and clean driving licence.
Computer literate, must be able to use MS Office applications.
